About Emberly Slavin, LAc

Emberly Slavin, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist at Zen Attitude Acupuncture, with offices in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. Her love of outdoor activities and athletics introduced her unexpectedly to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) when they helped her recover from a serious sports injury.

Intrigued by holistic care like TCM, Emberly pursued her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, where she also worked as an intern acupuncturist. This gave her the opportunity to attend an externship at the prestigious Shuguang and Longhua hospitals in Shanghai, China. She focused her studies on traumatology, internal medicine, and gynecology and saw that integrating Eastern and Western medicine was not only possible but highly effective. 

Emberly strives to improve patients’ quality of life and reach their maximum level of health. She provides acupuncture, electroacupuncture, herbal medicine, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, and cupping. Her vast knowledge base and clear communication skills enable her to make a true difference in patients’ lives.

When she’s not serving the community from the practice’s Seattle office, Emberly can be found exploring the outdoors, gardening, landscaping, attending music festivals, crafting, or spending quality time with friends and family.
